Hispanic Heritage Festival

11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The Puerto Rican, American and Caribbean Organization (PACO) Latino is a non-profit organization dedicated to the success of the Hispanic community. PACO Latino and Five Rivers Metro Parks invites you to join our celebration of Hispanic culture in the Miami Valley on Saturday, August 17, 2013 in Downtown Dayton's RiverScape.
